Anima Una ("one soul" in Latin) is the Union of Indigenous Women's Congregations of French-speaking West Africa. Founded in 1970, it brings together 17 religious congregations from 7 countries.
To join Anima Una, your congregation must be an indigenous women's religious congregation from French-speaking West Africa. Contact the secretariat to begin the membership process.
The General Assembly is held every 3 years. The next (24th) will take place from May 8 to 16, 2026 in Lomé, Togo.
